The staff were very friendly and overall it was a good stay. The location is fine, but walking out at night feels quite uninviting because the medina alleys are full of kids and people looking for a way to earn some money, sometimes insisting on taking you somewhere.

I had a wonderful stay; the building is really cool and the rooms are very nice. It’s comfortable and cozy. The highlight was Tarik, an absolute gem—he’s incredibly nice and helpful and made the stay so much better. Thank you!!

We stayed for 2 nights in total, and overall we were satisfied because the Dar and the rooms were nice (especially the terrace), the welcome tea was great and the staff were kind. However, the property falls short in a few areas: breakfast is available only after 09:00, which is really inconvenient; there is general dirtiness (hair, cockroaches in the bathrooms, dust); one of the rooms has a shower but no surface for personal items; and payment is only accepted in cash—allowing card payments would be better. With a few adjustments to these points, the place could reach an excellent level.

Great value for our stay in the Medina near all attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. We had kitchen access to boil water for tea and store a few items in the fridge. We arrived during a major holiday and the owners took care of us when the whole city shut down. We really appreciated that. Pillows could be softer, but that seems to be the norm in Morocco.
