The service was excellent, yet I couldn’t extend my stay in the room I was assigned.
The hot water system didn’t work properly.
The girls’ service was great, but the Wi‑Fi signal couldn’t be set up.
The beds are comfortable and the hotel is well located, but the rooms are very noisy, especially from the reception, neighboring rooms, and the hotel staircase, which made it hard to rest at night.
The staff were extremely attentive, and everything went smoothly – I’d recommend this place 100%.
