The staff were courteous and attentive, offering excellent information about local attractions, and the hotel is well situated with attractive, spacious, and well‑ventilated outdoor areas. However, the owners chose not to invest any further, letting the facilities deteriorate: the toilet in our room was cracked, had no seat or lid, and the paper holder was broken, forcing us to place the roll on the tank; there were no shelves for toiletries, and the outlets worked intermittently, preventing us from charging our phones. A toilet without a lid in a hotel is simply unacceptable.
