They didn’t give me a room even after I had booked.
Breakfast was excellent. The room rent was taken in advance while checking in. Drinking water was not provided even after repeated requests. Mosquitos are in the room.
“AC is not working during half of my stay.No one was picking the phone from room service & housekeeping”
This hotel was a real gem, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
“Worth the stay”
The place is nicely located, rooms are very comfortable and impressive. The bed was comfortable, the room was tidy and well equipped. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was decent. The shower handle didn’t work well. TV channels weren’t very entertaining and the TV didn’t connect to the internet.
“It was an overnight stay. Not much of hassles. We booked 4 rooms. We wanted to have one room to checkout at 2pm as we ha”
To be honest, the property itself was a bit of a mess - it looked like it needed some serious TLC. But, to be fair, we didn't really have any specific complaints about our stay.
