It was convenient and accessible for the airport and the mall. Nothing else.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is beautiful, breakfast is amazing, and shuttles run to the mall and the airport; the rooms are big and the staff were great—Yuusif was a wonderful person who helped a lot. All good.

The price, location, and breakfast were poor. I had to pay for parking, the room was dirty with clothes from previous guests under the bed, the A/C was weak and wouldn’t go below 72 °F, the shower curtain was too small and ripped, the bathroom door needed adjusting (I had to slam it), there was nowhere for extra garbage, no dirty laundry bag, no TV guide for channels, and the patio door lock bar bracket broke.

I enjoyed the pool area, which is also close to the Mall of America.
