The staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home; the setup looks like a motel but I think they've adapted it into a hotel and it's very family‑friendly. It's close to UPF for students, there's a great little market nearby, and we were free to use the kitchen if needed. I loved it. I do think the breakfast could have varied more; after a few days it gets hard to find fresh bread and cakes.

The location is good. The bathroom and lack of outlets are disappointing.

The service was terrible… I arrived at the hotel late at night, exhausted, and the receptionist simply told me the hotel was fully booked and that the staff had forgotten to make the reservation.
