The property offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town, just 100 m from Rynek Główny. The apartment sits in a renovated old building, is practically furnished, and very clean. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a very clean bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, and a hairdryer. The host family is welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive; they are unobtrusive yet efficient, and they helped us store our luggage at no cost both upon our very early arrival in Kraków and on our departure day, keeping it safe until late in the evening. The breakfast was excellent—generous portions and a wide range of delicious options. The only drawback is that you have to climb many stairs to reach the apartment, which might be inconvenient for those with a lot of heavy luggage or limited mobility (though this was not an issue for us). There is a TV in the living room, but you can only watch channels in the local language on it.

“Very enjoyable, host and facilities could not be faulted.”

The location was excellent and very accessible to the square and many attractions. The spiral stairs required some navigation; it’s best to watch out when going down.

The central location was great. The bed was terrible and the apartment was very noisy.

I stayed on the corner of Plaza de la Basilica, which is spot on – 10 out of 10 for location, but the spiral stairs were a joke.
