The staff are lovely and give great activity tips. The location is amazing; breakfast with a sea view is just 50 m from the sardine run. We even saw a turtle strolling in front of the terrace. Not a negative comment, more a note: we loved this spot, but the older air‑conditioners make a noticeable noise and the nearby bars mean you’ll hear karaoke if you’re not fond of it, though we didn’t find them annoying.

Everything was perfect for us… The owner… The staff… The terrace overlooking the sea… Almost paradise… Until… The only downside is the noise from next door, which isn’t SEASCAPE’s fault… It’s beyond their control… From 5 pm to 11 pm it’s just boom‑boom‑boom you’ll hear… If you’re a party junkie, this probably won’t bother you… but my partner and I are a bit older… We want a good sleep… So. The noise next door.

We skipped breakfast, but the spot is great. The vistas are amazing and the staff were fantastic. We had a blast and can’t wait to return. The karaoke bar next door really needs to lower the volume.

The place is very nice, especially the seaside location. We checked in at around 2:45 PM. When we entered the room, we noticed that the air conditioning was not cooling the room at all. We went out for dinner and returned at around 9:45 PM, but the room was still very hot. I informed the staff about the problem, and they agreed that the room was not cold. I asked if there was another vacant room we could move to, and they offered us a room about 500 meters away from the seaside room that I had booked. I understood that there were no other seaside rooms available, so we accepted the transfer. However, the replacement room was only suitable for two people, while we were a group of five. The staff placed two mattresses on the floor for the additional guests. We also experienced problems with the bathroom. The toilet was clogged and would not flush properly because the water kept rising, and the sink was also blocked. The following morning, I reported these issues to the staff and requested a refund because the accommodation I received was not what I had paid for. The staff informed me that the manager was not available, but I insisted that I wanted to speak with the manager. I paid a high price for a seaside room, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff said they would try to repair the air conditioning in our original seaside room, so we waited from morning until the afternoon. Unfortunately, this took a significant amount of our vacation time, and the overall experience did not meet the standard we expected
