Hotel Monte Hermana Tokyo

Nice spot close to Tokyo station and the staff were friendly. The breakfast area was a real hassle: a tiny, cold, impersonal room where you couldn't sit face‑to‑face at a proper table. Getting into the breakfast room required a special coupon for a specific 30‑minute slot; for instance, I arrived at 9:27 and was told to bring a lunch box because it closed at 9:30. The hotel itself is pleasant and the staff are kind and helpful, but the breakfast setup left a lot to be desired. I might return for a business day in Tokyo, but I’ll probably grab breakfast elsewhere.

“Good location”

The place is great near the train station and breakfast was decent. The TV had no English channel, so we couldn’t watch TV or even figure out how to use it in English.

The location is excellent, with free coffee, tea and soups during the day, and breakfast must be scheduled in time slots because of limited space. The rooms are functional and very clean. The proximity to Tokyo station is ideal, and there are good restaurants nearby. The only downside is that you can't work at a table.
