The hotel is family‑friendly and close to the sea, but the price doesn’t match the services offered; in the evenings the room smelled unpleasant, the day‑time noise from the pool and restaurant was loud because most families had small children, the indoor pool cost an extra 20 € per person, and the dinner was very average.
The suite was clean overall, the staff were welcoming and very good, but the food was quite mediocre.

Although the hotel claims 4.5 stars, it feels closer to 5; we stayed in a one‑bedroom penthouse suite that was amazing, the food was perfect, the staff were super friendly, the gym and spa were really good, and the location is ideal, just a short walk to Muro beach; Daniel, the manager, was exceptional and made our stay perfect, so I’d return immediately. The only improvement would be an adults‑only pool area.

Modern rooms, beautiful gardens, a very complete breakfast and delicious meals at the restaurant. The rooms were quiet and the view from the balcony was lovely. Reception staff were very friendly and eager to help. The pool was extremely cold; a little heating, especially for the kids' pool, would have helped. I found the recreation options weak, and the hotel ran out of activities early at night for both adults and children.
