The room was spacious, with a private bathroom that had everything needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, there were full towels, a coffee machine with capsules, a mini fridge, and a hairdryer. A big plus were the beach items – a beach mat and a parasol – although we didn’t get to use them. The microwave was missing, and there was no washing machine.

The stay was excellent, everything was spotless and tidy. We had a car and there was a free parking area nearby, which was very convenient for us. We only stayed one night, but it served us very well. The shower was great. The host was very kind and always spoke to us when we needed anything. He did a big favor and left a bottle of sparkling wine, which was very tasty because it was our first night of the honeymoon. Highly recommend!

The room was beautiful and comfortable, 15 minutes by car from the airport. It was well situated just outside the ZTL, which is very confusing to navigate in Cagliari. It is a 25‑minute walk from the historic city centre. There are many free street parking spots available. The host was very friendly and available, and let us drop off our luggage before check‑in.

Nicola was very friendly and it was fun communicating with him. The beds were the coziest we had in Sardinia. We didn’t get a parking spot right away, but we saw free spaces at every other time. It is a little walk to get into town.

We absolutely loved it here! The apartment is very modern, spotless, and well equipped (even a washing option is available). The host was extremely helpful, super friendly, and always reachable. The location is great: a beautiful area where everything is within walking distance, and there are private parking spots too. We’ll definitely come back and can recommend the place without reservation! It is a bit noisy.
