Simply stunning, a beautifully decorated apartment, spacious, fantastic bathrooms, coffee machines, air con, comfortable and clean. Angelo went out of his way to help us bring our bikes up to the apartment and carry them down when we left. He also gave us really useful information on where to eat and places to visit

Great apartment and host. The second floor has steep steps and a sketchy neighbor about 3 blocks away, though it is very centrally located for walking to all sites. Angelo provided us with many suggested sights and restaurants.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and having a fridge in the room and a shared kitchen for any occasion was a plus. The host Angelo was super kind, full of information, all tried and I must say all were 10/10 and commendable. The only flaw: we stayed three nights and slept little because of street noise. Of course this is not the host’s fault but rather the uncivil people.

The apartment was spotless and we were greeted warmly; the host offered plenty of tips for exploring Tarento and dining out. The only downside was that the unit faces the street, so bring earplugs if you’re light‑sleeping.

The owner was absolutely fantastic—he picked us up at the bus station, drove us to the apartment, then to the port, sharing city insights along the way. The apartment itself ranks among the best places we’ve ever rented.
