The location was perfect for what I needed. Unfortunately the shower and toilet were outside the room, but since I only stayed one night it wasn’t a problem.

I stayed in a room that was advertised with a private bathroom, but it turned out to be shared and filthy, making the experience extremely unpleasant.

The property did not match the description at all, leaving me disappointed.

Getting to the hotel was a breeze from the nearby train station, yet the room lacked basic items like cups and glasses, the shared kitchen was unclean, the room was not ensuite as advertised, the upstairs shower was broken and taped with rubber, the bathtub looked dirty so we avoided it, and there was no kettle or tea/coffee options—odd for a place in England.
