The hotel was nice and clean, located a 10‑minute drive from the city with impressive views, and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, the walls between rooms are thin so you can hear everything from next door, the towels are rough, and breakfast was too simple.

The meal was very good, the staff were very warm and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy with a wonderful view of the lake—thanks. The shower could be more spacious and accessible.

The hotel is beautiful, like sleeping inside a painting. The room is especially spacious with a stunning view. The breakfast was somewhat bland.

I couldn't find any descriptions that match the fullness, hospitality, and service of Enastron; the location is amazing with a view of Lake Kastoria, and after a free upgrade I was impressed by the facilities, the peaceful garden around, the excellent breakfast, the airy room, the large beds, the quiet nights, and the fact that we only stayed one night. There is nothing negative; the staff know their job perfectly and highlight the positives of their business with impressive results.
