All the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the outlet in my room was positioned behind the bed, so I had to take it out of the mini‑fridge just to charge my phone – that’s the only thing that could use improvement.

The hotel needs structural upgrades; the single room was a bit cramped but still clean. Breakfast was very basic, yet the staff were attentive. A parking garage is located beside the hotel. The train keeps honking all night, ruining sleep, and the price feels high for what’s offered.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful, though the breakfast is quite simple. The curtain doesn’t cover the whole window, so light interferes with sleep, and the avenue is noisy. The room needs fresh paint, a hygienic shower, and please replace the pillows.

The advertisement was misleading – I booked because it said pets were allowed, but when I arrived late at night they told me they don’t accept them. Terrible experience!
