Our stay at the hotel was excellent. From a warm welcome and useful tips to spotless rooms and a well‑equipped breakfast, nothing could be criticized. The restaurant, which serves local dishes, is also highly recommended.

This charming old hotel sits close enough to the city and river to walk to, yet far enough away to avoid traffic noise. The on‑site restaurant serves tasty local food and desserts at reasonable prices. The room was clean, tidy, and decorated in an old‑world style with a very comfortable bed. The only real drawback is that the parking isn’t covered, so in the morning the seat gets wet, and if it rains you’ll need a rain jacket in the vestibule or consider staying another day.

The location was decisive for me, but the hotel impressed me in every way. The staff were super friendly, the room was cozy and well furnished, everything was very clean and well maintained, and there’s a parking spot right in front of the door. The on‑site restaurant is also worth recommending.

The location is quiet for excursions within Saxon Switzerland, public transport is free to use, and the staff are very friendly.
