Struttura eccellente in tutto. Stanza nettamente al di sopra delle aspettative, posizione ottima direttamente sul mare, personale super gentile e ristorante davvero valido

The hotel was super pretty and well‑located, but the staff were a bit unfriendly and didn’t offer help.

The location was fine and the staff were very helpful, yet the shower door was broken, the room was cleaned only sporadically, one day there were no towels and another day the coffee cups were all dirty.

The location was close to Turtle Point and we refreshed ourselves in the water pools on the verandas, but the building was old and shabby, the room was only refurnished once during our four nights, there’s no window in the room so we had to keep the door open to the veranda with a glass wall that leads to the terrace, the linen dryer was in terrible condition and I had to lean it against the terrace railing, Wi‑Fi was only available at reception and the restaurant, the room had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee, there was no safe, the bathroom had no shower box or curtain which could cause problems, the price/quality ratio was excessive (as with all accommodations on the island), and it was by far the worst and most expensive hotel on the trip (even compared to the 5‑star Marriott in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur).
