The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were very accommodating, and breakfast was superb. In the morning the hot water was a problem—I waited 20 minutes with the water running and it only reached a lukewarm‑cold temperature, not suitable for a shower.

The location and breakfast were good, but the TV didn't work and there was no hot water in the room. We were moved to another room, losing the chosen sea view, and the TV still worked poorly; now the shower is fine, yet the sink never produced hot water.

The breakfast was very full and tasty, with a wide range of items. The reception staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival, which is always appreciated—attentive and cheerful for any questions. The room window didn't seal completely, the phone was broken, and the water was only lukewarm, not hot.

The service was good. Everything else was fine.

They didn’t give us the room even though it was free until 14:00, which was unbelievable, and despite many Argentine guests staying there, there were no adapters available for phones or laptops.
