“Tranquil”

The property is stunningly beautiful; I loved lying in the hammock watching the birds and relaxing. Yoga mats were available in the Salón de las Nubes at the top of the property overlooking the hills, which I used daily. The excursions were diverse and interesting, and I enjoyed bird‑watching in the Mashpi Reserve. When I needed a staff member, it was often hard to find someone at the front desk, probably because I was the only one staying there, so it might be different in peak season.

A lovely spot to unwind, with tasty food, a pleasant restaurant, nice facilities, surrounded by lush greenery, great hikes, and we refreshed ourselves in an amazing river.

“Lindas instalaciones, buena comida”

I was really impressed with the hotel's facilities, service, and food - everything was top-notch. However, I was a bit surprised that the tour activities weren't included in the rate, as I've come to expect this from accommodations. Additionally, the smoke detector in my room was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep, although I appreciated the staff's explanation.

“Mitten in der Natur”

I loved the hotel's location, nestled deep in the jungle and surrounded by tranquility. The peaceful atmosphere was just what I needed. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, but it was manageable for a short two-day stay.
