I booked a triple room for a couple plus a child, but the hotel refused to accommodate me; the place was overcrowded, no free rooms, and it looked ancient, nothing like the photos. I didn’t even stay a night, and the whole experience was stinky, with no service, awful cleanliness, and rooms that smelled bad. I never got a refund, which was very unreliable and disappointing—just a waste of money. I ended up going to a 5‑star hotel in Moolum, which was worth it.

The location is close to the city center, which was fine. However, the facilities were dirty and there was hair in the room.
