“Hotel comodo per una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante.”
The hotel is very comfortable despite the elevator opening. The staff are courteous and helpful, especially the lady at the desk. Food is very good and plentiful. In some cases the cleanliness and interior appearance could be improved.
“Pessimo”
We ended up staying here by accident after another place asked us to move two days before, totally different from what we booked, zero service, dinner included, they forgot to ask what we wanted to eat and told us to pick from the menu. Cleaning was poor, the carpet was dirty and stained. Unfortunately it wasn’t a pleasant stay. We’re really sorry.
“Bella struttura in Val Aurina”
The location is great for visiting Val Aurina and Val di Tures, a small village but with all the necessary services. The room was very spacious, with a nice panoramic terrace. Parking is ample, the garden is lovely with some children’s toys. There was a billiard room, but it would have been better with games for the little ones. The basic menu was fine, everything was good. The staff were kind. The table service was a bit minimal, often missing cutlery and napkins, breakfast was not abundant, and the lack of fruit was a significant flaw.
The staff were friendly, but dogs were in the dining room.
The location is good and the exterior is very valid. The buffet is rich and varied. The room is spacious with a nice terrace, well exposed, with a beautiful view. The staff were kind. There is no bidet in the bathroom, which I find unacceptable; the place needs a refresh; the restaurant staff are insufficient; if you don’t get to meals early, especially breakfast, many dishes run out or are scanty. The restaurant opening times are a bit inconvenient, especially since we were on vacation.
