The location is great, and communication is easy and quick. Nothing else to add.

The place sits right on the main street, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and it comes with a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony for two. The parking is a bit far because cars can’t enter the town.

The spot is excellent and Francesca welcomed us warmly. We were able to leave our bikes in her office for the night.

The room was a very beautiful, luxurious space in what I think is an old Palazzo, with a stunning wooden ceiling painted in the period style. It was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and the value for money was excellent, especially given its incredible central location in the lovely heart of Pienza. The staff were also genuinely friendly, and I recommend it 100 for 100!
