They said breakfast was included, but the property refused to give it and claimed it wasn’t included, so why pay for it?

The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was too far from the city centre.

Finding the hotel was easy and the location is good. However, the overall stay was disappointing: the AC leaked water, the bathroom was dirty, and the room had been heavily sprayed with freshener before I arrived, leaving a strong scent that lasted all night. Even basic items like a bucket left upside‑down on the floor felt unhygienic. To top it off, I got food poisoning from the downstairs restaurant where breakfast is also served. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

The food, water bottles, and towels were all kept in good condition. The only thing that annoyed me was the bathroom, which was below average, had some leakage, and the exhaust fan wasn’t working.
