“Disappointed”
There was practically no breakfast—just a coffee machine and cold cereal, no food or juices. Upon arrival, I was handed two rooms: the first smelled bad, something the management seemed aware of, and the second was still being cleaned. I asked for a change, but the staff told me to return an hour later for the keys, so we didn’t get back to any room until 1:30 am in another part of the hotel. Both rooms still had that foul odor. The tub had a blue putty covering a crack at the bottom. When I tried to sleep at 3 am, little black beetles crawled across the floor. I won’t stay there again. We left the hotel by 8 am, exhausted. We should have canceled when we saw all the doors open, but we’d still have been charged for the day‑reserved rooms.
