The convenience of walking distance to the cityscape is great. There were no extra trash cans in the room, and I wasn’t sure where the ice machine was or if there was one. The lighting situation for the bathroom was a bit frustrating as well.

The location is fine, but the noise level outside the hotel was high, parking was not included in the reservation price, the inside of the hotel was not at all as expected, and you could hear everything! Definitely would not stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Vananse, who was extremely helpful, cheerful, and accommodating; she arranged an early check‑in for me, which I appreciated. The hotel sits in a great downtown spot, close to many attractions, the metro, and the airport. The lobby is nice and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the room was small and noisy; I could hear the metro outside, but the main issue was the air‑conditioning unit inside the room, which made a lot of noise all night and made it hard to sleep. This ruined my two‑night stay, especially on the second night when I had an early flight and couldn’t get a proper night’s rest. I also heard water running and toilets flushing from the rooms above, adding to the disturbance. While the staff, location, and cleanliness were excellent, the poor sound insulation and constant noise made the room uncomfortable and greatly affected my overall experience.
