The communication about the key placement and room details was clear, giving us more time in the city before heading back with confirmation that the key was available. I could not park (parking was full); property maintenance was outdated and there were many toilet issues. Breakfast was being cleared by 9:40 am even though it was available until 10 am. I cannot rate the staff as we had zero interaction with anyone, everything felt so automated.

Everything was good.

We booked a deluxe family room but received a regular family room, yet we were charged for the deluxe. The front desk was unresponsive; no one answered our calls or messages.
