“Ein wunderschönes, historisches Anwesen – Erholung und Gastfreundschaft.”

We booked this special place near Mantua for my parents‑in‑law, both over 70, and they were completely delighted and felt very comfortable! The former Jesuit manor was professionally, historically and lovingly restored. The historic charm of the building was wonderfully preserved. The house can accommodate up to 13 people and offers several rooms suitable for different purposes – both for a relaxing stay and for private events in a closed setting. The accommodation lies idyllically in the middle of nature, close to a lake. The peaceful surroundings are ideal for unwinding and escaping everyday life. The rooms were very clean and well‑maintained, as were the showers and toilets. The amenities included Wi‑Fi, a TV and the possibility to make tea in the room. The breakfast was especially noteworthy – the table was already tastefully set and everything was presented appealingly. There was a rich selection with ham, salami, eggs, bread, butter, jam and several delicious cakes. Coffee, tea and juice were also offered. A wonderful start to the day! The host also deserves a big compliment: he was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Payment was straightforward, both in cash and by card. Our conclusion: an exceptionally beautiful accommodation with historic character, plenty of peace, warm hospitality and an excellent breakfast. Also a wonderful choice for older guests who value relaxation, cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere. My parents‑in‑law were extremely satisfied. We would book this house again anytime and can recommend it without reservation.

“Ein besonderer Ort”

It is a beautiful little patch of earth. We were completely satisfied. Cäcilia, who takes care of everything at the moment, is very, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast mainly consists of regional and homemade products. The bus takes only 3 to 4 minutes. Trains from Mantua go to various cities, so you can comfortably do without a car. For us everything was perfect.

“Ein sehr schöner Stopp in Mantova, eine tolle ruhige Unterkunft in der der Nähe einer tollen Stadt.”

The hosts were very nice, the accommodation was clean, the pool was still operating in early October, the breakfast was excellent, and the bus takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes – everything was top.
