The front‑desk staff were very friendly and punctual with room hand‑over, but the sanitary service was in poor condition: you had to remove the water tank cover and lift the hatch manually, rooms smelled damp, and the access street was in terrible shape; if you walk out you’ll have to step over two huge muddy holes unless you wear rubber boots.

It was close to the beach, but there were cockroaches in the room (2), it was a bit dirty, and the beds were not very comfortable.

Very well located, only a 2‑minute walk to the beach, the hosts were very friendly, and the accommodation has everything you need.

Amy, the hotel manager, was very kind and helpful and runs the place with volunteer support; the rooms were clean, and at the end of July the rooms had enough ceiling fans; the beach was about 150 meters away; a large, well‑stocked supermarket was roughly 500 meters away; the accommodation is used by guests of all ages; the communal kitchen had oil, vinegar, etc. that you could use for your meals. The kitchen utensils in the communal kitchen could have been cleaner for my taste.
