“Sconsigliato, esperienza assurda”
As soon as I entered, I only wanted to go to the bathroom and shower… the drain was completely broken and unusable. I wrote to the host, and he replied, “was it already like that?” 😅 There was only one towel that looked like a used rag on the floor; when I asked for more, he told me to look in the wardrobe or on the bed (obviously there was nothing). He promised the cleaning lady would bring them in 20 minutes: after 1 hour and 20 minutes no one appeared, so I had to buy them myself. The cleaning was nonexistent: everything was dirty, the sheets clearly not changed, hair everywhere, dust everywhere. The bed was broken, as someone had already mentioned in previous comments. To top it off, the host opened a damage claim accusing us of breaking a wardrobe that was already broken when we arrived. And the worst part: he wrote, “I have your documents, how do we want to do this,” with a threatening tone. I don’t know if that’s a questionable business practice or the host just doesn’t know what’s happening at his place. Either way: absolutely not recommended.
