The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was optimal, and the staff were helpful with my request.

The location is fine. But there was no name on the doorbell, and even the nearby café that serves breakfast doesn’t know their own name… the same issue as the previous comment. The finishes were poor; we had to unplug the fridge to sleep. There were no soaps, and we had to hang the towel hooks on the fridge because there were none. For €100 a night it feels expensive. We paid an extra fee for a second coffee 😫

The location was decent, but the room was a nightmare: no Wi‑Fi, only a tiny towel rack, no glasses, no wall hooks for clothes, no hangers, no luggage rack, doors that scraped the floor, a rolling dresser, a noisy fridge, ineffective heating, a very hard mattress, a shower with doors that were hard to open and a shower head that sprayed everywhere but on me, plus no hot water for two showers. The breakfast was just a croissant and coffee outside.
