The property looked terrible, a broken window by the front door, loud other guests, mold covering most of the ceiling and the window in both the private bedroom and shared bathroom, and the shower cubicle didn’t drain correctly.

They just take money; if the staff speak disrespectfully you can get your refund, but the place was a real mess—never stay here.
