The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed linen was very comfortable and suited the weather perfectly. There was free parking nearby, and the supermarket was close by. However, the lobby had a noticeable smoke smell as if someone had smoked indoors, which was unpleasant. Our room didn't have a toilet; the only toilet was located outside in the corridor, reserved for the room.

This old‑school village hotel has a long‑time owner/manager who has been running it for almost 50 years. It offers great value for money, is simple, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. It isn’t luxurious and the décor feels a bit dated, but the service is perfectly functional and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is very loud and clearly old, so I cannot recommend it. We were very disappointed 😞
