“Location was good and the hotel was nice but could be better of the staff were friendlier and the aircon stays on to ens”

The building was new and looked great. The rooms were damp and wet because there was no proper ventilation, and the damp smell was strong. We had to try five rooms before finding one that had just been used and was not damp. We were traveling with a baby, and the female receptionist didn’t seem very understanding or apologetic about the wet floors, beds, and strong odor, and she couldn’t explain why we couldn’t stay in those rooms for a week with a baby.

The location was excellent, on a quiet street yet within easy walking distance of the metro, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. The room was spacious, modern, and clean.

“Great hotel, great location, great value”

The value for money was good. However, the rooms weren’t cleaned properly; there was always something on the floor and items were not always wiped down.

“Sound”

Free umbrellas were provided, and pastries were free if you arrived early. The washer and dryer worked well. The towels were a bit small.

“Top Hotel am top Lage”

The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, very quiet, and the location was great for exploring the city. Unfortunately, you can’t see outside because the windows are frosted, so the current weather is a surprise.
