“Could have been better. Did not sleep well due to noise.”

The location was great, the facilities were clean, and breakfast was nice with sweet staff. The check‑in team were very friendly. However, we were hit with extra fees for a non‑smoking room and ended up paying $300 a night for a room under the party hall that offered no view, balcony, or patio. The noise from the parties kept us up past our preferred bedtime, and early‑morning sounds woke us before we were ready. Parties in the hallway went on until midnight, and the check‑out employee seemed uninterested in us.

“Wish we could have stayed longer at this beautiful hotel”

The room was very spacious, the bathroom was lovely, and the view from our balcony was excellent. Nothing else to note.

Breakfast was good and the location was great. The pillows were firm.

The location was beautiful and convenient, the rooms were large, and we loved the nightlight in the bathroom. The view of the lake was spectacular. A red‑haired centipede rode in on the trolley and we had to remove it from the room, but since this is a rocky hillside in Texas, that’s not anyone’s fault. We’re just relieved it wasn’t a rattlesnake.
