The station is close and there’s a diner open from early morning right in front, plus at night you can enjoy drinks in a local shopping street; a convenience store, McDonald’s and a supermarket are all within walking distance, so a few nights here are hassle‑free. It would be nice to have a laundry facility, and I hope the shopping street becomes more lively.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw from Iyo‑Mishima Station and the room even has a microwave, which is very convenient. The front‑desk staff were genuinely friendly. Although it’s marketed as a double room, the two‑person bed felt far too cramped.

Being right in front of the station meant lugging heavy bags wasn’t a problem, even by train. The location on the third floor wasn’t ideal, but there was no way around it. It was a shame that, given the price, breakfast wasn’t included.

1. It’s only a two‑minute walk from Iyo‑Mishima Station. 2. The staff are courteous. 3. A supermarket and convenience store are within five minutes on foot, which is very handy. 4. The room’s facilities are brand new.

Everything was pretty average—nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. The room and building were clean, and the bed was a bit firm, which made for a comfortable sleep. The coin‑laundry’s dryer was weak, taking twice as long and costing double compared to other hotels.
