The hotel sits in the middle of the countryside and is very quiet. I booked Los Naranjos for its hot springs, but when I arrived I learned that the hot spring pipe had been broken for two months and replaced with heated water. There was no hot spring water, which is what I paid for, so I felt cheated because they knew about it for over two months and never warned me, not even when I arrived. Only the next day did they tell me. They sent me to a hot spring center 10 km away and I had to pay each time I went, with no free entry that was supposed to be a small perk. In short, I paid for a hotel because of its hot springs, but there was only a boiler heating the pool water and it only started working around noon. It’s embarrassing and unprofessional.
