I found the room comfortable and spacious, and the reception staff—who was covering for the regular team—was really nice to deal with; the numbered parking spots helped avoid any parking wars, and the location was within walking distance to the shopping centre, with the Horse and Jockey pub just across the road offering a decent dinner. However, there were a few maintenance problems: the hot tap backing in the shower wasn’t attached to the wall, there were cracks in the tile wall, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling because there’s no exhaust fan, even though a window provides ventilation.

“This is a good convenient motel and a good price. We would stay there again.”

The staff were friendly, the room was well‑positioned and spacious, the bed and pillows were good, the room was clean, the wifi worked well, and parking was convenient. The only downside was the tired shower cubicle with poor tiling, which slightly diminished the room’s appeal.

The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to accommodate an early check‑in because of an event that started early, especially since we were staying three hours away.

The hotel is close to town and has good parking, but the room wasn’t fully serviced every day.

The property was immaculate and very comfortable; every small inclusion in the rooms was appreciated, the staff were lovely, and the hotel was close to all facilities and shops.
