“La pire nuit de notre vie!!!”
We absolutely disliked everything! It feels like a prostitution motel—everything is filthy. The toilet was leaking, I slipped at night and hit my head hard on the bathtub. No security at all: the main door was always open and people (prostitutes, clients, pimps) were walking in like a revolving door. The room door handle is just a simple knob anyone can break into. We were terrified all night because of the noise and shouting. I had trouble breathing (asthma) probably due to mold. The black man at the front desk (across the street because there’s no reception at the Lustre d’Or motel) refused to listen to our complaints and told us to leave in a very arrogant manner—he’s probably a pimp because he didn’t respond when I mentioned him in front of him before leaving. I will file a complaint with Quebec police and the tourism agency. Also, the Asian woman at the front desk (at our arrival and departure at Jann motel across the street, which also has a reception for the Lustre d’Or) pretended not to understand what we were saying about the Lustre d’Or. She is very aware of what’s happening (the disgusting motel and prostitution) because the black racist man immediately appeared when my partner complained about my fall caused by the leaking toilet and the need to shut the valve. CLOSE THIS PLACE!
