Two beds, that’s it. The room smelled of damp, mold and excrement – cockroaches and ants were crawling in the room. The window wouldn’t close; there was a big crack underneath. The bathroom was dirty, moldy, and the door was also moldy. It was super humid and stank. Cockroaches were in the bathrooms, even upstairs. The damp air, smell, and mold hit us so hard that we slept terribly, had to cough, and had to book another hotel. It was very expensive compared to beautiful hotels in the city center that cost only 10 euros more per night. Poor location. The wardrobe in the room almost fell apart. The socket was broken and the wires were not insulated – very dangerous! The towels smelled like they had been used by three people. No staff present. When you send a complaint via WhatsApp, you’re just brushed off. Valencia is damp, Valencia is the city with the most cockroaches, that’s normal… NOT! The air‑con doesn’t work – a truly terrible experience!

Good location close to the beach and metro. The bathroom was old, dirty, small, uncomfortable, without a closed shower (the shower was almost over the toilet) and very dirty.

The owner was courteous, the atmosphere was nice. The walls were dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet.

The bed was very comfortable. The door noises are loud, you hear everything, and because people lack manners combined with the old building, you wake up.
