The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast matched the usual Best Western standard. However, the mattress in our room was long past its prime, making sleep uncomfortable. Housekeeping was sloppy, and the bed looked like it was made by a seven‑year‑old. The bathroom was clean, but the blackout drapes were too short, letting light from the parking lot into the room all night.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet—nothing to complain about.

The real poached eggs at breakfast were perfect for making Benny’s. They even changed the room for the puppy, and everyone was very friendly.

The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff were always extremely friendly and ready to help us; the breakfast room’s location was just fine. I was satisfied with everything.
