The only positive was that the staff allowed me to check in at 1 am. I booked a single room but received a shared room next to a gentleman’s shared room. I was alone in the room, but at 7 am a guest began talking on the phone at an exaggerated volume, ignoring repeated requests to be quieter. The staff did not respond, even spoke louder, and when I reported it, my message was simply ignored. I do not recommend this hotel.

They cancelled the booking when we arrived. They told me via message that they cannot accommodate us, giving an excuse that there is a problem with the network connection! I did not receive their message as I had just landed from a different country. If it was overbooked, why did they allow the booking confirmation in the first place?
