The location was good and there were drinks and snacks available in the hall. Early in the morning, around 7:00 am, the housekeepers made a lot of noise while tidying nearby rooms; those of us who wanted to sleep a bit longer were upset and probably gave up, like me. The noise was intense, as if they were pushing beds across the floor—totally out of sync with the time. It even seemed like they wanted people to leave the rooms. In the café, a machine in the kitchen made a huge noise, and the door was left open. Imagine wanting to enjoy your coffee in peace while that loud noise came from the kitchen—it's funny how people don't mind excessive noise. This lack of respect was absurd; nobody seemed to care about others. Both situations bothered me a lot, so I’m noting them. The staff need to improve.

“Boa estadia. Ótima localização”

The hotel was priced as expected, and the coffee met our expectations. Kudos to the support team. The downside was the stairs, which were a problem for two elderly guests. Until next time.

The spot is spot‑on – right where you want to be, but the air‑conditioning rattles like a blender and the balcony door is a key‑lock that feels a bit clunky. Still, the location makes up for the noise.

Breakfast was top‑notch and they kept it open late, so whether you’re an early bird or a night owl you’re covered. The food was solid and the staff were friendly.
