The spa was very nice and the rooms were cozy. The dinner and service were truly excellent! The breakfast was chaotic – not enough staff, the staff were not trained, and there was a queue at the coffee machines. More vegetables and spreads would have been appreciated.

Breakfast had few sweet items, many savory ones… for me, Italian food was a bit of a sacrifice. Good location surrounded by greenery but inconvenient because the main attractions are several kilometers away. Excellent cleanliness and great food. Staff were super welcoming. The wellness area was scattered; it would have been better if everything were in one zone.

A perfect spot for families, with a pool open to kids until 21:30, a playroom, gym, and teen games; definitely one of the better hotels we stayed at on the trip.
