The place was clean, the kitchen convenient and the location great. Everything was fine except the temperature – it was already cold and the heating hadn’t been turned on yet, so I froze at night during that chilly period when the heating was still off.

Everything was great – from the comfortable bed to every little detail in the apartment. Informational brochures were available, it was clean, very welcoming and cozy. Just a stone’s throw from the thermal baths and all services. I’d come back again. Nothing to complain about.

We booked two rooms at once for three adults, which turned into a full apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. One bedroom has a cute balcony overlooking the street and the mountains. The thermal spa is a 5‑minute walk away, and the host gives a 10 % discount voucher for the spa. Parking on the narrow adjacent street is a steep uphill climb into the town, but spots are available on the street. I found a free spot on a Friday evening in October without any trouble. The apartment is on the second floor with steep stairs and no elevator.

This place is a hidden gem; we travel a lot and sometimes find something truly fabulous, and this is one of those. The trip to San Pelligrino for a spa day is nicely paired with an overnight stay here. The property is spotless and impeccably maintained, and the spa complex is within walking distance, as are all the essentials. The staff were very friendly, greeted us, and walked us through the apartment in English, making the night comfortable and restful. The next morning I headed to Milan and accidentally left my small bag, phone, and cards behind. The owner arranged for her father and brother to bring them to us at Bergamot airport the following day, saving us from having to backtrack up the mountain to San Pelligrino. Truly wonderful people. If you’re in Milan and want a “once in a lifetime” spa day, book here and know you’ll be in good hands with these hosts.
