“Check the facilities and it’s ok for 1800rs room. Nothing more.”
The location, parking, and overall simplicity are positives, yet the price feels steep for what’s provided; the air conditioning failed during the night and again during the day, hot water flow was terrible, there was no room service or clear information, and we were misled about ordering food from a restaurant via the room; the staff at the island management refused to refund for the non‑working AC.
The stay was excellent.
They cancelled my reservation, which I had booked two months in advance.
