The setting was good. The extra bed was a mattress on a frame that was a trunk with a fold‑down bed; I had to add blankets and a quilt from the closet, and thanks to my daughter’s 45 kg weight it worked, but it’s not suitable for an adult. The photo of an interior patio for drinks or a small bar at night is misleading; it’s actually closed and abandoned.

I was disappointed by the misleading advertising: they show pictures of an abandoned, unused exterior area. There’s no staff on site; they give you a phone for any issue, but it took an hour and a half to get a response. Replacing a person with cameras makes it feel like you’re being watched, and there’s no required “video‑surveillance zone” sign.

The room and bathroom were spacious and the overall quietness was nice. However, the terrace shown in the photos had been closed for a year, and they don’t serve breakfast; the dining area is abandoned. Everything felt impersonal, and we only met a cleaner once during the week. Cleaning was very basic, with two days no cleaning at all—one day probably a mistake. At least they answered the call and let us get fresh towels and toilet paper. It’s a shame because the location is good and the place is large, but I won’t stay again. I hate writing bad reviews, but it feels unfair to show things you can’t enjoy.

There was a lack of personal attention.
