Everything was liked, but a large deposit at check‑in was a surprise that wasn’t mentioned during booking, causing payment issues; additionally, the face‑ID access system for the pool didn’t work and staff had to open it each time, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, it was one of the best and most beautiful, photogenic hotels in China, with flawless service.
