The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, though the room was pricier than usual for the same type, which is understandable given the location and the fact that we were passing through. The team did a great job and were very kind!

The location was good, the owners were cordial and accommodating, and the beds were super comfortable. The building itself feels old.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and it’s close to Florence and the lovely little town of Prato. The room was spacious, well‑equipped, and had air‑conditioning. The parking was dirty, there was no kettle for coffee, and the bathroom lacked a rod to hang clothes.

My wife and I stayed for two nights; the place was clean, the beds were huge, and the price was reasonable.
