The location is close to services. There was no cooperation from the front desk staff. I went out for a walk and when I returned, a stranger was in my room with personal belongings. I reported it to the staff, but they didn’t help us.

The hotel staff provided quick service, especially when the lift was delayed; maintenance came to help after I reported the issue.

The place sits directly opposite Tamam Smile Mall, with easy access to a variety of cafés, a supermarket just behind, and a safe neighbourhood, though there was no bathtub and breakfast tended to get a bit crowded with mostly local dishes.

I was really happy with the hotel's location, as it made it easy for me to get back to my destination at night. The proximity to my destination really made my stay convenient.
