Hotel Green Apple

“I will never visit this place again and suggest no one shall go.”

The location was good at the city center, which matched my criteria, and most amenities were nearby. However, the room was only slightly larger than the bathroom, the bathroom lacked basic items like towels and I had to follow up multiple times; the room was untidy and the staff were unprofessional. Only one senior citizen staff member handled everything from reception to room service, and even after checkout I’m still chasing my invoice with no response.

“Not value for money”

They wouldn’t let me check in early, and when I asked to check out early they also denied it; the behavior was below expectations. The customer service focus was lacking.

“Poor hospitality”

The staff were cordial, but no facilities were provided at first, so my daughter had to return to reception several times to get them. The room was very small and the ambience was below standard; I booked for two people but the facilities were only for one, making the value for money low.

The rates are a bit on the higher side, but the room was cleaned properly.
